Wicked Wednesday

I'm super excited today because it is my last day of work this week. I'll be heading off to Vancouver island for a little while, I'll still be able to update my blog. One of the most amazing experiences in life is spending time with a child. Children are absolutely adorable in their innocence. When the first person said that children are the future,  I don't think they meant that they will live longer than we will. I like to believe that they were also referring to the innocence, and forgiving nature of children. It's those things that make kids awesome.

To be honest, I have been ridiculously busy lately, not only with my day job, but with concerts and editing aswell. Since I've been so busy, I haven't really been able to take a lot of out door, awesome photos. However, that doesn't mean I don't have anything to show you. I've shown you some fireworks before, but that's only because of how awesome they are. Fireworks are one of the greatest Chinese inventions of all time in my opinion. They have been changed, altered and mastered, but they are still basically the same as the originals. I don't know much about fireworks, but I do know how amazing they are!

The best thing about Wednesdays is knowing the fact that you're halfway to the weekend. The second best thing is getting to share one of my favourite photos with everyone. During the summer, I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to take photos of a firework display from a hotel rooftop. This was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. 

It truly amazes me how many fantastic opportunities I've had already in my life, and I am extremely thankful for every one of these experiences.

Hello all! We've made it to hump day once again! Congratulations on making it half way to the weekend. The first type of photography that really got me interested, and hooked to the wonderful art was light paintings. I could never draw growing up, but I always loved to paint... Or attempt to at least. In my mind, a good light painting is one of the absolutely coolest type of photo there is, therefor, on the first Wicked Wednesday I would like to share my latest light painting.
